Certified true copies and general signature witnessing requires an in person appointment to process. Affidavits can also be done in person.
Book an appointment using the button "Book an Appointment" and make sure to choose an in person appointment based on the documents you need notarized. Once you have booked the appointment, you will receive an email with the address of where to go during your appointment (Yonge and Grosvenor area). Please read this information and follow the instructions in the appointment confirmation email.
Please do not come into the building and do not ask anyone to be let into the building. You will be provided the Notary's direct cell phone number and can text them to let them know you have arrived. The appointment will be taking place on the street level as I do not maintain a traditional office.
The Notary will ask you to send a copy of the documents you want notarized in advance of your meeting. This is to speed up your appointment. The notary will bring down a fully notarized version of the document you need. The notary will then either witness you sign the document, or compare the original to the copy and hand it over. This process cuts your appointment time down to 30 seconds. You will then be given the documents and be on your way.
At the conclusion of your appointment, you will be invoiced using Square Point of Sale. You will be able to pay using your credit card or your visa debit. A receipt is automatically provided upon payment.
